
It’s always good to have a go-to smoothie which you can throw together in a couple of minutes and you know you’re getting a good serving of greens into your day.
This one is super simple, there’s nothing to it and the ingredients are pretty standard. I like mine to be more on the sour side but you can adjust with the lemon juice accordingly!
Ingredients for 2 standard glasses
60g baby spinach leaves
75g oat milk
1 banana (145g)
1 lime, juiced
100g natural yoghurt
3 dates, pitted (18g)
2 heaped tsp. cashew butter
1 lemon, juiced
Blend everything – except for the juice of 1 lemon – until smooth! Add the lemon juice to the finished smoothie, bit by bit, tasting as you go so that you can decide how sweet/sour you want it to be 😊
