
This smoothie is my son‘s go to for after the gym. Although I don’t put protein powder in mine, you could follow in his footsteps and add some to yours!
If you have time, prepare the night before by mixing everything together EXCEPT for the frozen berries! This will give the oats, chia and flaxseed a chance to soak really well before being blended. Store in the fridge overnight. Adding the frozen raspberries just before you blend the ingredients ensures that the smoothie retains its decadent consistency 😊
Ingredients for one person
35g rolled oats
1 tsp. ground flaxseed
1 tsp. chia seeds
100g oat milk
120g joghurt
100g frozen raspberries
Blend everything together and enjoy! If you do have time, allow the first 5 ingredients to soak for 10 minutes before adding the frozen raspberries and blending 🙂.
