Serves 2
150g oat milk
10g flaxseed
10g chia seeds
20g cashew or almond butter
20g pumpkin seeds
60g oats
10g raw cocoa powder
235g skyr or Greek Joghurt
25g maple syrup
100g frozen blueberries
(I like to get everything ready the day before and then leave the ingredients in the mixer overnight to soak. Then I just have to blend it up in the morning!)
